Focus Schools / Centres

To reflect the national programme, Register schools are also grouped in the eleven Trust regions. Focus Schools work very closely with the central Register Team in supporting the ICT Register network in their region, leading the development of ICT support and assuming responsibility for the quality of the support provided in their region.

One secondary and one primary ICT Register school in each region is designated a Focus School. One special school, one city learning centre and one early years setting are also chosen to play a similar role nationally in supporting special schools, city learning centres and early years settings networks on the ICT Register.
